  • We can host up to 90 guests for a plated meal, 120 guests for a buffet and 240 guests for a cocktail style menu. If you remain dockside, we can do up to 400 guests with people coming and going.

  • The Pacific Yacht is moored at the Bayshore Marina in Coal Harbour, Vancouver.

  • High season: April 1st – October 14th

    Sunday – Friday: $6095.00 for a minimum 3 hours

  • Our house standards include gold Chiavari chairs, rectangle dining tables, fine bone china, crystal glassware, flatware, premium white linens and napkins, high-top tables with linen, bar stools, WiFi, a wireless microphone, sound system throughout all 3 decks, and a 55” flat screen TV located on the Lounge Salon.

    Staffing which includes an onsite Event Manager, Serving and Bar staff, and the Galley crew. Our Captain, First Mate, and Engineer complete your fully staffed yacht charter.

  • No, the yacht can remain dockside if you prefer. This is an excellent option if you need to allow guests to come and go throughout the event.

  • Absolutely! Please have your photos/logo in a JPEG format.

  • We provide full in-house catering and bar service to ensure a seamless experience.

    A wedding cake or specialty desserts are okay.

    Bottled wine and beer is okay for a corkage fee.

  • Certainly! We love creating menus that reflect your wishes.

    We can also help create signature cocktails and mocktails, and other specialty drinks to personalize your event.

  • We can operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Liquor License, however, requires us to end the service of alcoholic drinks at 12:00 am and cease consumption by 12:30 am.

  • In the case the Captain deems it unsafe to cruise, the event will continue dockside, and you will only be charged the dockside rate.

  • When ready, your event planner will send a contract for your signature. A $4,000.00 non-refundable deposit will also be required to secure the date.
